Today

Today is the first page you see in DailyMark — a live dashboard of everything happening today: which checklists went out, how your team is reacting to them, what is still to be sent, and who is on shift. The page refreshes itself every minute, so you can keep it open during the day.

KPI cards

The row at the top summarizes today's checklist activity:

  • Checklists today — how many checklist sends are planned or already made today.
  • Completed (green) — sends where the team ticked off every item.
  • In progress — sends with some items done and some remaining.
  • No reaction (red) — sends nobody has responded to yet, including sends that failed to deliver.

Needs attention

When something requires your action, a Needs attention alert appears above the cards. It can list:

  • Not completed yesterday: — sends from yesterday that were never finished. Each one is a red tag; click it to open the detailed breakdown.
  • No linked Telegram (checklists don't reach them): — staff members who cannot receive checklists yet, with a Manage staff shortcut. See Staff for how to link Telegram.
  • Not scheduled (never sent): — checklists that have no schedule and have never been sent, with a Manage checklists shortcut.

If the alert is not shown, everything is in order.

Today's checklists

The Today's checklists card lists sends that already went out today. Each row shows:

  • the send time;
  • avatars of the recipients (a red icon means there was no one to send to);
  • the checklist name — click it to open the template for editing;
  • progress as completed items out of total, plus a status: Completed, In progress, No reaction, or Send failed.

Click a row to open a drawer with the per-recipient breakdown — see below.

To be sent today

The To be sent today card shows the remaining sends for the day: the planned time, who will receive the checklist, and its name. If a send has no one to send to (nobody is on shift, or the staff on shift have no linked Telegram), it is flagged so you can fix it before the send time.

Today's shifts

The Today's shifts card lists today's shifts grouped by location, with start–end times and the assigned staff. Click a shift to jump straight to the work schedule with that shift open for editing.

The send details drawer

Clicking a sent checklist (in the card or in a Needs attention tag) opens a drawer with the full picture of that send:

  1. Each recipient is listed separately.
  2. Under each recipient you see every checklist item and whether it was ticked off.
  3. Use this to see exactly who finished their tasks and who did not.

Getting started

If you have no checklists yet, the page shows a Get started card instead of the dashboard, with three steps:

  • Create a checklist — describe the shift tasks and set the send schedule (Go to checklists).
  • Link staff Telegram — delivery only works for staff with a confirmed Telegram (Go to staff).
  • Plan shifts — recipients are picked by shift: the checklist goes to whoever is on shift (Go to shifts).

TIP

These three steps are the whole setup: templates define what is sent, shifts define who receives it, and linked Telegram makes delivery possible. The onboarding guide walks you through them in order.

Auto-refresh

The dashboard reloads its data automatically every 60 seconds — no need to refresh the page to see new check-offs or deliveries.
