Sends (Send schedule)
The Sends page (titled Send schedule) shows when your checklists will go out and how past sends were delivered. Use it to verify the schedule looks right and to diagnose delivery problems.
Choosing the window
The switch in the header sets how far the page looks ahead and back: 1 day, 3 days, or 7 days. Your choice is remembered; the default is 7 days.
Needs attention
A Needs attention alert appears at the top when something needs fixing:
- checklists failed to send — the last delivery attempt errored;
- checklists have nobody to send to — no one is on shift at send time, or the staff on shift have no linked Telegram;
- rotation checklists have no forecast — see No forecast below.
Upcoming
The Upcoming column starts with a live Time to next send countdown, then lists planned sends as an agenda grouped by day, with Today pinned first. Each line shows the send time, the recipients' avatars, and the checklist name.
If a send currently has no recipients, a red Nobody to send to marker replaces the avatars — fix it by planning a shift for that time or linking the staff member's Telegram in Staff.
When nothing is planned in the selected window, the column shows No upcoming sends.
Sent
The Sent column lists past sends grouped by day, newest first. Each line shows the time, recipients, checklist name, completion progress (items done out of total), and a delivery badge:
- Delivered (green) — the message reached Telegram.
- Error (red) — delivery failed.
- Queued (gold) — the send is accepted and waiting to go out.
Hover a badge to see the delivery details:
- how long the send waited in the queue;
- how long delivery took after that;
- when each item was ticked off (as time offsets from the send);
- for multi-recipient sends, how many recipients received it (Delivered: N/M) and any error count;
- for errors, the error text itself.
Click a row to open the same per-recipient breakdown drawer as on the Today page.
No forecast
A separate No forecast section lists checklists whose next send time cannot be predicted:
- Rotation schedule — forecast unavailable — the checklist follows a rotating shift pattern, so upcoming times aren't shown in the agenda (the sends still happen).
- No start date — will not send — the checklist has no scheduled start; edit it in Templates to set one.
Each entry carries a tag with its last-send outcome: Last send: delivered, Last send: failed, Last send: pending, or Never sent.
TIP
A quick daily habit: open Sends, glance at Needs attention, and confirm the Upcoming column matches what you expect for today. Empty recipients are the most common cause of "the checklist never arrived".
